6 Ways To Get Beach Abs

#1 Put down the midnight snack. Although a calorie is a calorie, we all need a filter on when food should be cut out! Know your daily calorie intake, find a no food zone time, and expect results. Currently, I’m training for the next World Championships and Olympic Games 11x a week. I can understand the desire to eat at 1am. So if you’re just dying of hunger try grabbing a fruit and get your butt back in bed.

#2 Eat protein. Protein has the highest thermogenic effect which will help burn body fat and build lean muscle.

#3 Include the healthy fats. Healthy fats can lower cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease. Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats such as raw nuts, avocado, fish oils, and olive oils are some fats to include in your diet.

#4 Interval training. Interval training is one of the best ways to burn massive amounts of calories in a short period of time. If your workout goal is to burn calories cut the dull run out and intertwine 3-5minute treadmill / bike runs with 3-5 different workout stations. Keep the exercise at 40 seconds to 1.30 minutes.
